Today I would like you to go on Flickr and explore photos. Explain what you like about 3. Not the content (yeah, that flower is beautiful) but what did the photographer do to make that photo amazing?
Below this post you should post a comment where you provide a link to the photos you choose and then EXPLAIN what you like about the photo – what did the photographer have to do or think about in order to make that photo so great?
Now go take at least 3 of your own. Even if yours didn’t turn out as amazing, what were you thinking/doing to try and make yours great? (Keep in mind that a lot of your photos are not going to turn out to be as beautiful as you’d like, so TAKE EXTRAS!)
https://www.flickr.com/photos/64923111@N08/21368013765/in/explore-2015-09-13/ i like this picture because of its beautiful background and yet even with the amazing scenery the dog still manages to take the most focus because of its bright fur

https://www.flickr.com/photos/74103707@N02/20745547764/in/explore-2015-09-13/ i like this picture because how it was focused on the dog and the way it was blurred on the background to focus on the object. The sun reflection around the dog is pretty cool too.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/srmaglione/21375526262/in/explore-2015-09-13/ i like this picture because its focus is on an owl usually a animal you only see during night time yet as the fuzzy background shows its in the broad daylight and it also shows many people that there is not just one species of owl on this planet
https://www.flickr.com/photos/robshanghai/21187403349/in/explore-2015-09-13/ i like this photo because the details on the colours really popped out of this photo.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/alancowper/21376144132/in/explore-2015-09-13/ really cool colour of this photo and i like how it has a “point of perspective” on it. Really cool pic
https://www.flickr.com/photos/taniuniyana/21343221655/in/explore-2015-09-12/ I like that the photographer focused on the cat so there isn’t any distraction.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/simonmayson/20774192483/in/explore-2015-09-13/ I liked that this picture is like gloomy and then there is the one tree light up in the middle of all of it.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/47530554@N08/21400371951/in/explore-2015-09-13/ i like this picture because because the main focus of this picture was to try and crate the idea of cats being giant compared to humans and i think it was really creative so i give them 10/10 for effort

There is just something I can’t explain when I see photos of the original World Trade Center, the closest word I can find is “jealously”. This photo simply breathes history, the colors are grainy yet classic, something that I’d consider the best part of this photo if it wasn’t for the tower itself, this view is just superb, the photographer did a great job by doing this as it shows the colors nicely and it makes the tower seem bigger than what other photos show.

https://www.flickr.com/photos/41842885@N04/21350366426/in/explore-2015-09-13/ I like this photo because the rule of thirds is set up in a way so that the main focus is the bike, I also like the colours seen in it.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/andy_barton/21356657446/in/explore-2015-09-13/ I think this photo is great because the depth of field makes it so you focus on the dog and there is a lot of action in the photo as well.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/75943092@N03/20764042303/in/explore-2015-09-13/ I like this photo because it has great symmetry and I think the colours go really well together.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/fender66ge/21379408505/in/explore-2015-09-13/ I like this one because its focused on the people sitting down then it shows all of the police in their way

I like the black and white in this picture but I look at this lady and I really want to give her food.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/55876399@N07/21290352036/in/explore-2015-09-11/ “PAINT ME LIKE ONE OF YOUR FRENCH GURLS” This horse obviously has FBT because I have this growing feeling that horses shouldn’t be laying on their backs like that. But the picture is pretty.

I like the filter on the picture and its a gorgeous cat.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/pixel1949/21403288881/in/explore-2015-09-13/ i love how the snail is the main focus of the. photo.https://www.flickr.com/photos/kaoru87/21369243132/in/explore-2015-09-13/ i love how he took the photo when it was raining so the rain dripped of the flower.https://www.flickr.com/photos/adamclutterbuck/7758810948/ i love how even though the house isn’t the most appealing thing the photographer somehow made it look beautiful.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/vince_ander/21190037349/in/explore-2015-09-13/ I love the idea of how this man doesn’t have anything himself except the pigeons that show their way of love by being with him all the time. And even though he’s hungry himself he feeds his little friends first. I think the photographer did a excellent job by putting this in black and white.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/by_hpd/21353634016/in/explore-2015-09-13/ This picture shows the undiscovered beauty of Italy. Italy is one of the highest destinations of tourists and people don’t usually take their time to go on a adventure and take pictures like this. The photographer broke the saying: ”you shouldn’t shoot directly into the Italian sun”, but by still doing it he showed us a majestic place.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/118798143@N05/21390195045/in/explore-2015-09-13/ I am absolutely in love with the idea of this picture. I feel like it really reflects the idea of Indian traffic. The photographer showed this by using toy cars. Mehak

This photo is cool because of a few things, the angle, which makes the tiger seem powerful yet beautiful, the colors also fit really nicely since the photographer made the eyes a major part of this photo.

The photographer did a great job capturing the lamb, he made the background blurry so your eyes immediately locks on the lamb’s head, and it also makes it a bit 3Dish. This photo would of sucked if the photographer didn’t capture the lamb’s head in the center since it blends in nicely and looks cool while doing so.

I think the the photographer did a great job at creating an eye catching image. The slightest details in this photo completes it like the mix of purple rays in the sky ties that tie the photo together because it makes it look unique and generally beautiful. The colours, and the shadows in this photo adds a nice depth.

The standpoint in this picture is the cat’s face’, his body and the floor he’s laying on are out of focus. As a result, the first thing that is seen in the picture is the cat’s face. The lightning in this picture is really nice.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/103925212@N02/21482844972/in/explore-2015-09-17/ The photographer did a great job on the black and white filter of the photo. The lightning is also a great way to reflect the photo’s idea.
https://www.flickr.com/photos/111871926@N06/20864361683/in/explore-2015-09-17/ The photographer did a good job on blurring half of the picture, and it’s focused on the white/purple flower and shows it beauty.
