By now you all should have some experience with computer coding through my annual Hour of Code, so this will come as a review for most, but may be an introduction for a few.
There are a lot of fun things we can do by coding, and I hope to explore a lot of them this year, including creating some neat artwork and artistic creations.
But first, let’s go back and make sure that we all complete the basic Hour of Code introduction.
If you already have a previous Code.org account, you can SIGN IN HERE
If you don’t have an account, you will need to create one.
- You can choose your own (appropriate) display name.
- I recommend using your @sjasd.ca email account, which will make it super easy to get back in if you ever get locked out.
- I also recommend that you use the SAME PASSWORD as your computer, which is easy to remember or look up.
Once you are part of our class, I can see your progress and can give you a mark for completing, and then I’ll know when it’s time to move on to more interesting projects.
